Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This legislation preempts local legislation to allow tenants of public airports to be on an airport authority or commission. 

This legislation would also allow a taxi cab with a fold up ramp or wheelchair lift to register only in one county, yet operate in any other county that does not have a taxi cab that is wheelchair accessible or that does not regulate taxicabs or vehicles for hire.
